# Share a project

> Share a project so teammates can see the canvas, follow the chats, comment and keep building, with view or edit access.

*Bring your team into the work.*

Share a project to let teammates see the canvas, follow the chats, leave comments and keep building with Figr. Everyone works on the same canvas, so there's one place for the latest version.

**1. Open the project and click Share**

Go to the project you want to share and click **Share** in the top-right corner.

**2. Invite people**

Enter your teammates' emails and choose what they can do: **Can view** or **Can edit**.

**3. Send the invite**

Teammates get an email with a link to the project. Anyone already in your workspace can also find it in their project list.

## Choose who can open it

| Access | Who it covers |
| - | - |
| Only invited people | People you add by email |
| Everyone in your workspace | All members of your workspace |
| Anyone with the link | Anyone who has the URL |

> Share the Context Pod and design system along with the project, so teammates get the same on-brand results from Figr that you do.

Each option can be set to **Can view** or **Can edit**.

>
> **Reviewers outside your workspace?** People who open a shared project link can comment and reply once they sign in, without joining your workspace. Only workspace members can resolve or delete comment threads.
