Data Processed on Behalf of Customers
In providing our Services, we may process data, including Personal Information, on behalf of our Customers, who act as data controllers. This data is referred to as “Service Data” and may include design files, prototypes, user research data, and other content that Customers upload or create using our Platform. We process Service Data strictly in accordance with our agreements with Customers and applicable data protection laws. Service Data remains the property of our Customers, and we act solely as a data processor with respect to such data. If your data has been submitted to us by a Customer and you wish to exercise any data protection rights, please contact the Customer directly. We will cooperate with Customers to fulfill any data subject requests in accordance with applicable law.Data Residency and Hosting
All data, including Personal Information and Service Data, is hosted on secure servers located in India and/or the United States, as applicable. We use cloud service providers including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data hosting, and all such providers are contractually obligated to adhere to strict data protection and security standards. For enterprise Customers with specific data residency requirements, we may offer data hosting in specific regions upon request. We may engage trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) to help us provide and support our Services.
