Go to app.figr.design and click “Get Started”

  • Email & Password
  • Google SSO
  • GitHub SSO
  • Enter your work email address
  • Create a secure password (8+ characters)
  • Verify your email address

Tell us about yourself:
Full Name: Your professional name
Company: Your organization name
Role: Designer/PM/Engineer/Founder/Other
Team Size: 1-5/6-20/21-100/100+

  • Check your email for verification link
  • Click the link to activate your account
  • You’ll be redirected to your dashboard

  • Change Password: Update your login credentials
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Add SMS or authenticator app 2FA
  • SSO Management: Connect or disconnect SSO providers

Account Verification for Pro Features

Some advanced features require account verification:

Required for: Basic account access Status: Automatic during signup

Required for: Team features, SSO Process: Upload company domain verification or business documents

Required for: Pro plan, usage billing Process: Add valid payment method (not charged during trial)

Common Setup Issues

Solutions:
  1. Check spam/junk folders
  2. Add noreply@figr.design to contacts
  3. Request new verification email from login page
  4. Contact support if issue persists
Solutions:
  1. Ensure your organization has approved Figr
  2. Try clearing browser cookies and cache
  3. Use private/incognito browser window
  4. Contact your IT admin for permission issues
Solutions:
  1. Verify card details are correct
  2. Check with bank for international transaction blocks
